Eligibility Requirements for NPSC Recruitment 2025

• Applicant must satisfy the requirements of chapter six (6) of the Kenya constitution by possessing clearance certificates from relevant authorities like KRA, DCI, HELB, CRB, and EACC etc.

• Persons interested in this position must possess a Master’s degree in either Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science or an equivalent position.

• Applicant must have undergone leadership or management development course that lasted for six (6) weeks.

3. Deputy Director, Finance and Accounts

• Eligible candidate for this role must have a Master’s degree in either Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant discipline.
• He or she must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK), ACCA or CFA and maintains professional membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and Registration of Accounts Board.
• A minimum of twelve (12) years’ work experience is required for this role.
