Eligibility Criteria
Qualifying to apply for any of these positions demands you adhere to the following criteria.

Requirements for NGEC Recruitment 2025
Here are the role specifications and proposed responsibilities.
1. Programmes Officer I
This official shall help to develop and execute relevant strategies on issues bother gender mainstreaming, children, youth, persons with disability, elderly and marginalized.
- Interested applicant is expected to be a degree graduate of either Economics, Development Studies, Anthropology, Social Science or Human Rights etc. from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a programmes Officer II is mandatory.
2. Programme Officer II
This office shall provide reports and concept papers on divers programme activities and as well liaison with stakeholders on matters regarding gender, women, youths, persons with disability, minority etc.
- To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in either Development Studies, Human Rights, Sociology or a closely related Social science course.
3. Office Assistant III
You shall ensure cleanliness of offices, machines, equipment and help with photocopying and binding documents amongst other responsibilities.
- Candidate interested in this role must have at least a mean grade D+ (Plus) in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent qualification from KNEC.
