1. Enumerators
- Candidates eligible for these role must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in either Information Technology, Statistics, GIS or a comparable academic discipline.

- Prospective applicants must not exceed thirty five (35) years of age.
2. Chairperson, County Public Service Board
- Ideal candidate for this post holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study. Both certifications must be from an accredited tertiary institution.
- An overall ten (10) years of relevant work experience is required. Five (5) out of those years must have been in a senior management position.
- Persons applying should be licensed and registered members of IHRM.
- He or she should not hold any Public or State office at the time of registration.
- Must have shown competence by not breaking relevant professional code of conduct.
- Applicant must be ready to handle work pressures in order to meet up with close deadlines.
- Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferably may have completed a management or leadership training that lasted for at least six (6) weeks.
- Very importantly, candidate must be ICT inclined.
3. Sub-County Administrator
- An undergraduate degree issued by an approved and recognized university in Kenya is required.
- Graduates of courses such as Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resource Management, Sociology etc. have an added advantage.
- Candidate is expected to have worked in any management or administration capacity for a minimum period of ten (10) years.
- Professional training, qualifications and affiliation related to administration or management is a plus.
4. Administration Officer II
- Applicant must have a degree in either Public Administration, Business Admin. or any other comparable discipline.
- Must be proficient in computer application and hold a certificate from an accredited institution.
5. Internship Vacancies
- Candidates interested in internship roles must have completed an undergraduate degree program in either Communication, Engineering, Linguistics, Law or any other relevant discipline.
