Eligibility Criteria for Open Vacancies

- Citizenship: Applications shall only be received from Kenyan citizens who also hold a valid National Identity Card or Passport. Preferably, candidates should reside in Mombasa County.

- Candidates interested in this role must have a Bachelor’s of Laws (LL.B) degree issued by an accredited tertiary institution.

3. Director, Quality Assurance and Facility
- Prospective applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBChB) qualification.
- In addition, a Master’s degree in Healthcare management, Public Health or a related discipline is required.
- An accumulate ten (10) years’ work experience either in the Public or Private sector is required.
- Five (5) of these years must have been in management position or as a quality assurance officer.
- Candidate should have properly knowledge and understanding in the execution of quality healthcare management system.
- Having experience in Community Health programs is a plus.
4. Director of Clinical Services, Training & Research
- Applicants of this position must possess valid license from the Kenyan Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) or any equivalent professional body.
- Candidate must hold first degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB).
- Those with Master’s in either Medical Education, Clinical Medicine or a related discipline have an added advantage.
- Applicant must have practiced medicine professionally for at least a period of ten (10) years.
- Candidate must have spent two (2) of these years in top management position at any busy hospital.
- Other professional certifications in either healthcare leadership/management is a plus.
5. Medical Social Worker III
