Who is Eligible to Apply?

Qualification for Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Recruitment 2025

1. Agripreneurs

• Candidates interested in this position must fall within 18 – 35 years of age/
• Shall submit copies of educational certificates according to the incubation category .e. Standard/Accelerator.
• Candidate shall submit a one (1) page business proposal that will concise but punchy.
• Must have a business premises, office space and land for production location.
• Must be able to spot specific target audience for the product or service selected.

2. ENABLE Youth Kenya Program

• Candidates interested in this position must fall within 18 – 35 years of age.
• Shall submit copies of educational certificates according to the incubation category .e. Standard/Accelerator.
• Candidate shall submit a one (1) page business proposal that will concise but punchy.

3. Veterinary Internship Programme

• Candidates applying for this program must possess a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Certificate in either Veterinary Medicine, Animal Health Production etc.
• Candidate must have graduated from a tertiary institution recognized by the Kenya Veterinary Board.
• He or she must not have benefited from previous Kenya Veterinary Board internship.

4. Livestock Production Assistant II

• To get selected for this position, you must hold a Certificate or Diploma in Animal Health and Production, Dairy Technology, Animal Science or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.

5. Animal Health Assistant II

• Interested applicants must possess a Certificate or Diploma in Animal Health, Environmental Health, Animal Health and Production etc. from an accredited institution.
• Candidate must be registered with the Kenya Veterinary Board.
• Must also be proficient in relevant computer applications.
