How are candidates selected?
It is pivotal you understand the metrics used by the County Government to shortlist candidates for the recruitment exercise.
- Citizenship: Only candidates who hail from Kenya and possess a valid National Identity Card are accepted.
- KCSE: Applicant irrespective of the position applied, must hold a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with a minimum of D+ mean grade.
- Qualification: Degree or equivalent and professional qualifications relevant to the role applied is required.
- Clearance documents: Candidate must hold valid clearance certificates from HELB, KRA, EACC and DCI etc.
