Key Requirements for Appointment

Here are the role based qualifications, experience and requirements for each position.

1. Director of Human Resource Management

• Candidates interested in this role must possess an undergraduate degree in either Business Administration, Management, Communication or a closely related discipline.
• Persons with Master’s degree have an added advantage.
• Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience.
• Must have attended a certified management or leadership training programme that lasted at least six (6) weeks.

2. Member, Audit Committee

• Applicant must hold a degree in relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
• Must be a member of relevant professional body.
• Attending a strategic leadership training is an added advantage.
• Must be proficient with relevant computer applications.

3. Principal Superintending Quantity Surveyor

• Interested candidate should possess a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Survey or any other relevant academic discipline.
• Should hold a professional qualification, valid practicing license and be an active member or relevant professional body.
• Gaining five (5) or more years of past work experience relevant to this position is an added advantage.
