1. Chief Principal CDO for Primary Education
Duties as the Chief Principal Curriculum Development Officer for Primary Education are as follows:
- Leading the development team and overseeing the execution and review of curriculum support materials.
- Ensuring the development of accurate relevant curriculum and other support materials.
- Organize activities of the Research Panel and Academic Committee.
- Ensuring the availability of abstracts research reports for dissemination in the website.
- Orchestrating collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders in search on education.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institution in either Education, Business Management, Public Policy, Research etc.
- A compounding 12 years of relevant work experience including areas such as Senior Principal Curriculum Development Officer.
- Candidate must acquire a leadership and management course certificate that lasted atleast our one (1) month from a recognized institution.
2. Chief Principal CDO, Senior Education
This officer shall focus on curriculum development for secondary institution, accurate application and regular review. Shall also supervise to ensure the curricular and curriculum support material and qualitative enough as well as the publication of research documents on the East African Journal of Educational Research (EAJER).
Here are the key requirements for this position:
- Applicant must possess a valid Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Business Management, Public Policy, Research or Education from a recognized university.
- Applicant must have twelve (12) years’ experience, three (3) of which he or she must have served as the Senior Principal Curriculum Development Officer in an equivalent position.
- Applicant must have attended one (1) month leadership management training at a recognized institution.
3. Deputy Director, Internal Audit
Officer shall carry out regular development and review on operational and management systems, policies, guidelines and as well execute fraud investigation strategy.
Requirements:
- Interested candidate must have first degree in either Commerce (Accounting or Finance), Business Administration etc. from an accredited institution.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration etc. from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Part III of the Certificate Public Accountants (CPA) examination of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) is required.
- Applicant must have a cumulative of 15 years’ experience including serving in managerial position.
- Professional membership such as Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), ICPAK etc. is mandatory.
- Management and leadership training certificate is an added advantage.
