Eligibility Criteria for KeNHA Recruitment 2025

Nationality: First and foremost, anyone interested in KeNHA vacancies must hail from Kenya. He or she must have an active National Identity Card or Passport.

Chapter 6 Constitution Fulfillment: In accordance to chapter six (6) of Kenyan constitution, prospective applicant must have EACC clearance certificate, KRA tax compliance certificate, HELB clearance certificate, National Police Service certificate of good conduct, CRB clearance certificate etc.

K.C.S.E: Applicant is expected to have at least a D+ mean grade in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) including English and Kiswahili languages etc.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. Director, Internal Audit

  • Ideal candidate for this position must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce or any other related discipline.
  • Applicant must have at least fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience.
  • Should possess professional qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) or CIA, CISA, ACCA, CRISC, CFE or CRMA etc.
  • Professional membership with either ICPAK, IIA, ISACA, ACCA etc. is an added advantage.
  • Applicant must have management course training that lasted a minimum of one (1) month at an accredited institution.

2. Assistant Director

  • Candidates interested in any Assistant Director role must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Business Information Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
  • Applicant must have professional certification such as Certified Computer Network Professional (CCNP), CCNA, MCSE, MCSA etc.
  • Been a member of any recognized professional body is an added advantage.
  • Possessing good leadership, communication, interpersonal and change management skills are necessary.

3. Paralegal Clerk

  • Ideal candidate must possess Diploma in Paralegal studies or administration from an accredited and recognized tertiary institution.
  • Applicant must possess a current process server certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Self-driven, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are key competencies required.

4. Driver

  • Applicant must have mean grade D (plain) in K.C.S.E.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Be a computer literate.
  • Must have completed a refresher course at Kenya Institute of Highway and Building Technology or any other recognized institution.
