Role Description
1. Geomaticist: Candidates interested in this role must have a degree in relevant discipline. The intern provide support in landscape mapping, data processing for Geographic Information System (GIS) amongst other duties.
2. Supply Chain Officer: The intern officer shall be in close call with the Supply Chain Management team to assist in relevant procurement processes which includes documentation, planning and bid assessment. Applicants of this role must have Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management.
3. Security Officer: This intern shall work with the security unit to ensure all necessary safety measures are put in place across the company’s installations. Furthering, intern shall assist in monitoring the access control system, and also help formulate security reports.
4. Property Officer: This intern officer shall implement duties such as auditing for KenGen’s real estate and property assets, compile valuation reports and monitor legal compliance across the property portfolio. 5. Plant Operator: Intern officer shall assist senior plant operators to monitor generation equipment, spot and report operational anomalies, then ensure compliance with relevant plant operation standards.
