Eligibility Requirements
- Interested applicants must be a Kenyan citizen with acceptable means of identification like National ID card or Passport.
- Applicant must be between 20 to 35 years.
- Candidate must possess clearance certificates from relevant authorities as specified in chapter six (6) of the Kenyan constitution.
- Applicant must be proficient in relevant computer applications etc.
Qualifications for KCAA Recruitment 2025/2026
Role specific requirements in addition to the above are as follows:
1. Flight Operations Inspector (Large and Medium Aircraft)
- Ideal candidate must have at least four (4) years of work experience as a pilot.
- A degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution in either Aviation Management, Geography, English, Social Science, Physical Science etc.
- Applicant must have a commercial pilot’s license with Instrument Rating.
- Must have supervisory skills training for at least two (2) weeks,.
2. Chief Accountant, Revenue
- Persons applying for this role must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting, Finance, Business Administration of closely related course from an accredited institution.
- Must have passed Part III of the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and be a member of relevant professional bodies like Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) etc.
- Must have professional training in management course for at least one (1) month.
3. Chief Internal Auditor, Finance Department
- Applicant must have certificate of professional training in Risk and Information Systems Control.
- A Master’s and Bachelor degree in Business Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Aviation etc.
- Applicant must have certificate in management course and training and in not less than one (1) month.
- Accumulative ten (10) years’ experience in Internal Auditing etc.

The Recruitment Process
