Eligibility Criteria for Gilanis Supermarket Recruitment 2025
- Nationality: Interested and eligible candidates submit hail from Kenya and as well possess a valid National Identity Card or Passport.

Qualifications Required for Advertised Positions

1. Purchasing Officer/Clerk
- Individuals applying for this role must hold First degree or equivalent qualification in either Purchasing Supplies or Management.
- Having an accumulative four (4) or more relevant work experience is an added advantage.
- Applicant must have a proper understanding of procurement principles.
- Must be proficient in ERP Accounting Systems, possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Adhering to professional ethics and integrity is pivotal.
2. Household Manager
- Interested applicant must hold either a Diploma or Degree in relevant field of study.
- Must have relevant work experience as a Matron, Household Manager or a comparable role.
- Candidate must be a person of high integrity.
- Possess good communication, organization, multitasking, interpersonal and cooking skills etc.
- Applicants with current Driver’s license have an added advantage.
3. Marketing & Supplier Relations Manager
- Prospective applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
- Applicant must possess a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Marketing or Hospitality.
- Should be familiar with Nakuru local market and community engagement.
- Applicant should be conversant with creating and executing customer engagement programs.
- Upholding good communication, organizational and analytical skills is pivotal.
4. Warehouse Supervisor
- Interested persons must hold a Degree or Diploma in Business related discipline.
- Must have work experience in warehouse procedures for at least three (3) years.
- Must possess good problem solving skills and leadership abilities.
5. Logistics Administration Officer
- To get appointed for this role, candidate must possess a Degree in procurement.
- Be very conversant in transport and logistics.
- And have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
6. Account Clerk
- Applicants of this role must possess a Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a closely related discipline.
- Candidates with CPA or ACCA have an added advantage.
