Eligibility Requirements for ACA Recruitment 2025
- Proof of Identity: Interested applicant must be a citizen of Kenya who possess a valid National Identity Card or Passport.
- Age: Prospective applicants must be within 18 and 35 years of age.
- Education: Must possess the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) including English and Kiswahili languages.
- Residence: Applicant must currently reside in Kenya.
- Constitutional Compliance: In line with chapter six of the constitution, applicant must possess clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), and Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) etc.
Qualifications Required

1. Director, Internal Audit and Risk Assurance
- Persons interested in this position must hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or a closely related discipline.

- Must be proficient in relevant computer applications.
2. Senior Administration Officer
- Candidates interested in this position must hold a Bachelor degree in either Human Resource Management, Education, Sociology or a closely related academic discipline.
- At least four (4) years post-graduation work experience is required.
- Applicant must be proficient in relevant computer applications.
3. Principal Legal Officer
- Prospective applicant is expected to hold a Bachelor and Masters of law from any accredited institution.
- Applicant must be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and must be in good standing.
- Candidate must have at least eight (8) years of relevant work experience, 4 of these years must be in supervisory position.
4. Deputy Director, Finance & Accounts
- Interested applicant must hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Commerce, Economic or Statistics.
- Applicant must hold the Certified Public Account (CPAK) certification.
- Should be a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountant or any other relevant body.
- Candidate must possess at least ten (10) years of relevant work experience including possessing top management position.
5. Anti-Counterfeit Inspector
- Ideal candidate must hold a degree in Criminology, Social Science, Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
- Applicant must be proficient in relevant computer applications.
6. Driver
- Interested candidate must hold the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) wit at least D+ mean grade.
- Should be able to express self effectively in English and Kiswahili languages both verbally and non-verbally.
- Candidate must possess a valid Driving license.
- Must have completed the Government suitability test for drivers.
