- Candidate must possess good negotiation skills, under the labour laws and industrial relations properly, and as well be a computer literate.
3. Busia Municipality Board Members

- Applicant must have at least 5 years of practical work experience.
- Should either be a permanent dweller or resident of Busia Municipality.
- Must have operated a functioning business for at least five (5) years in the Municipality.

4. Director of Roads
- Candidates going for this position must be registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya and as well possess valid practicing license.
