On 17th July 2025, the County Government of Kakamega advertised job openings in the Public Service Board and thereby invited applications from interested persons. The application phase was set to last till Friday, 1st August 2025.

To find yourself on the shortlist means that you adhered to the following requirements:

• You submitted application on or before the set deadline.
• You provided correct data and documents.
• You did not apply for more than one (1) position.
• You’re a Kenyan citizen.
• You possess the educational and professional qualifications as well as work experience/skills required.
• You did not canvass throughout the application phase.

Is Kakamega County Shortlisted Candidates 2025 Out?

Yes, the Kakamega County Public Service Board (CPSB) through the official county’s website have published the full list of successful and shortlisted candidates for the 2025 recruitment exercise.

Shortlisted candidates shall report for screening interview at Bishop Nicholas Stam Pastoral Center off Kakamega, Webuye Road from Tuesday, 2nd to Tuesday 9th September 2025 from 8:00am till 12:00pm daily.

Successful candidates should bring along with the true original and copies of their:

• National Identity Card or Passport,
• Academic and professional certificates,
• Practising license or professional registration certificate,
• Recognition letter from CUE i.e. for candidates who studied abroad and any other supporting documents etc.

We always recommend that candidates should carry at least two (2) recent passport photograph and also arrive the venue at least one (1) hour earlier as you can never tell what might happen.
