General Requirements for NOCK Recruitment 2025
Consideration into the job openings is solely merit based. Sequel to this, interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship: All applicants must be Kenyan citizens with a valid national identification card or passport.
- Education: A minimum KCSE mean grade of D+ including English and Kiswahili, a Bachelor’s degree, and in some positions a Master’s degree in a relevant field.

1. Company Secretary (Manager, Legal Services)
Being the company’s secretary or the manager of legal services, your tasks will include making provision for legal advisory services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage the matter of the board, and offer legal representation.
- Possessing a Masters of Law (LLM) or Business Administration or any other relevant field will give you an edge over other applicant
- Certainly, you must be in possession of a Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- A registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (CPSK)
- Also, regarding being a member of CPSK, a letter of good standing from the Institute must be provided.
2. Senior Territory Officer, Retail
The job of the Senior Territory Officer involves overseeing the operations of retail service stations, regularly checking dealer performance, ensuring that all products are efficiently supplied, and bringing forth revenue targets in the assigned region.
- Bachelor of degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other field related to the stated from an institution accredited by the Kenyan government
- You must have hold a minimum of 5 years level of experience in a marketing or sales position in a large organization, with 2 years being dealing with consumers
- To gain an additional advantage, membership of a professional body recognized is needed
