Eligibility Requirements for KECOBO Recruitment 2025

1. Executive Director
- For the post of an executive director, applicant is expected to have a minimum of fifteen (15) years work experience including been at management position.
- Interested applicant should have complete both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree programme in either Intellectual property or related course from an accredited university.
- Applicant must be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and served for a minimum period of ten (10) years.
- Attending a leadership training program that lasted one (1) month or more is important.
- Candidates who hold public office are not permitted to apply for this role.
2. Senior Accounts Assistant
- Candidates aspiring for this position must have a degree or equivalent qualification in Commerce (Accounting or Finance) from an accredited institution.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years work experience and be proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Registration with professional bodies like Institute of Chattered Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) is mandatory.
- Applicant must be a certified Public Accountant.
3. Driver II
- This officer shall be in charge of assigned board motor vehicles, ideal candidates for this role must have a valid driver’s licenses that accumulates all classes of vehicles.
- Must have KCSE certificate
- Must have attended first aid training held by KIBHT or equivalent body.
- Having at least three (3) years’ work experience as a professional driver is necessary.
