Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship: Applications for KFS vacancies are only permitted from citizens of Kenya who have a valid National Identity Card or Passport.

The qualification for open vacancies are as follows:
1. Manager, Marketing
- Applicants of this position must have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in either Finance, Business Administration or a closely related course.
- Certification must be from a globally recognized institution.
- Applicant is expected to be a member of relevant professional body and proficient in relevant computer applications.
Note that this position is based on a 5-year contract that is renewable due to satisfactory performance.
2. Manager, Human Resource and Administration
This officer must be knowledge about relevant Human Resource management skills and thereby apply same through policies and execution to ensure a ready workforce.
- Qualified candidate is one with at least a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Applicant must possess at least ten (10) years of applicable job experience and must have spent 5 of these years in leadership position.
- Ideal candidate is one with current practicing license and certificate in Management Course training.
- Applicant must be proficient in relevant computer applications and should be a registered member of relevant professional body.
3. Manager, Corporation Communication
Holder of this position shall development and execute strategic communication policies and plans to project the branding of the commission.
- Only candidates with a minimum of 10 years’ experience should apply for this position.

- Association with relevant professional bodies is a plus.
4. Manager, Liaison
This officer shall be responsible for all liaison operations including the coordination of the entire department.

- Professional membership is mandatory.
- To qualify for leadership position, applicant must have attended a management course for at least four (4) weeks from an accredited institution.
