Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Agribusiness, Business Management, or Supply Chain, 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, and familiarity with regional customers and market base.

3. Senior Driver
Job Description: Responsible for transporting company staff, delivering seed products across regions, and ensuring that vehicles are maintained well.
Qualifications: A valid driving license, prior 3 years of experience in the field, certificate of good conduct, and knowledge of regional roads and mechanical checks maintenance.
Follow up qualifications include being a legal resident in Kenya, Uganda, or Tanzania, computer literacy for added advantage, and mentally and physically fit.
