• Nationality: It is expected that main persons who hail from East Africa, possess valid National Identity Card or Passport (Kenya inclusive) should submit application for this recruitment exercise.

Qualifications for Brookside Dairy Limited Job Vacancies 2025

Adding up to the above eligibility criteria, here are the specifications for advertised positions.

1. Export Business Development Manager

• Candidates applying for this position must hold either a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or a closely related discipline.
• Candidates must have graduated from an accredited university.
• Should possess a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Marketing or Export Markets Management.

2. Investigation Officer

• Persons applying for this role must hold first degree in Finance, Economic, Accounting or a comparable academic discipline.
• Must have completed professional training in fraud examination/investigation at any accredited institution.
• Other professional qualifications like CIA, CISA, ACCA or CPAK are added advantage.
• Candidate must have gained at least three (3) years of relevant experience in auditing or a similar role.

3. Section Manager

• Ideal candidate for this role must hold at least a Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Applicant must have adequate knowledge in dairy processing equipment maintenance.
• Must possess problem-solving, management and mobilization skills etc.

4. Quality Assurance Manager

• Prospective applicant of this position must hold a degree in either Food Science and Technology or Dairy Technology.
• Should possess a minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience.
• Must be conversant with relevant quality and food safety standards.
• Must possess good reporting, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.

5. Human Resource Manager

• Candidates interested in this position must first hold a degree in Human Resource Management.
• Must be a Certified Human Resource Professional Kenya (CHRPK)
• Candidate must possess at least six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Must possess good analytical, interpersonal and Communication skills etc.
