Qualifications for Appointment

1. Technical Lead

  • Prospective applicant of this position is expected to have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in either Wildlife Management, Business Administration, Commerce or a closely related academic discipline.
  • Applicant must have a minimum of fix (6) years of professional work experience related to management or resource mobilization.
  • Candidate must be a member of relevant professional body.
  • He or she must have complete a leadership training at an accredited institution.
  • Must be proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Should be competent in leadership and as well be a good team player.

2. Finance and Grants Officer

  • Interested candidates of this position must possess a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Finance or a comparable course of study.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management relating to grants, contracts and partnership is required.
  • Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant.
  • Should as well be a registered and recognized member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
  • Must be a computer literate and as well possess excellent communication skills.

3. Procurement Officer

  • Persons applying for this role must have first degree or equivalent qualification in either Purchasing and Supplies Management, Business Administration or a comparable course of study.
  • Applicant must have at least 4 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Must be certified and licensed by the Kenya Institute of Supply Management.
  • Should be an active member of KISM.
  • Must be conversant with relevant computer applications etc.

4. Environmental and Social Safeguards Officer

  • Prospective holder of this post must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Conservation or a closely related discipline.
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.
  • Should be proficient in relevant computer application.

5. Communications, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

  • Candidates going for this role must hold a Bachelor’s degree in either Public Relations, Journalism or Communications.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field.
  • Must be a member of relevant professional body etc.

6. Landscape Officer

  • Prospective applicant must hold a degree or Diploma in Community and Social Development, Natural Resource Management etc.
  • Should have worked for a minimum of three (3) years.
  • Must be a registered and recognized member of relevant professional body.

7. Office Assistant

  • Prospective applicants of this position must hold a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with at least C minus.
  • Should have certification in Hospitality, Public Relations and Customer Care etc.
  • Must an ICT inclined person.
